Pitti Fragranze 2024.

This year, Pitti Fragranze explores the creative connections and implications between scents and music through the installation “The Sound of Fragrance,” showcased at the Spazio Alcatraz of the Stazione Leopolda and curated by Paola Gariboldi, beauty deputy editor at La Repubblica, and journalist and content creator Susanna Macchia.
For the occasion, two fragrances have been crafted by maître parfumeurs: the Silence Fragrance, by Sonia Constant and the Noise Fragrance, by Cristiano Canali. The musical tracks for the two sensory experiences are designed by the composer Alessandro Meistro.

The master perfumer Olivier Cresp (Firmenich) will talk How to judge a perfume, in conversation with Paola Gariboldi, and Pissara Umavijani (founder Dusita) will be a guest od Emotions paradise, presentation and talk.

As always, I’m especially looking forward to Mane’s part of the programme: the topics of Raw by Mane is The new gourmandise: from taste to fragrance, with with Melanie Duhamel (Fragrance Division Director, MANE Italy, Spain and Portugal), Paolo Di Muzio (Sales and Marketing Director, MANE Italy), Cristina Stefanutti (Marketing Manager Fragrance Division, MANE Italy), Cristiano Canali (Perfumer, MANE). There is also a workshop – Taste and Smell by MANE.
